17.  In Schedule 6 (Repeals) Part 3 the entries in respect of

(a) The Prison Act (Northern Ireland) 1953 (1) in so far as it repeals the words “medical officers” in section 2(2), and section 19,

(b) The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(2),

(c) The Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002(3).
