The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 49 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (forgery and false statements and impersonation) in so far as it relates to the documents specified in paragraph (2) is 3rd June 2008.

The documents referred to in paragraph (1) are—
a
a certificate of exemption issued under section 37 or 37A4;
b
a notice of a kind mentioned in section 37(8)(b) or 37A(8)(b);
c
an accessibility certificate; and
d
an approval certificate.
