3.  In regulation 3 of the Motor Vehicles (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) (amendment to the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 in respect of motor insurance requirements) omit paragraph (6).
