7. In—
(a)Article 2(1), for the definition of “Directive 2000/29/EC” substitute—
“Directive 2000/29/EC” means Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community(1);”; and
(b)Part B of Schedule 7, in item 3 for “or Sorbus L.” substitute “, Sorbus L. or Vitis L.”.
