Amendment of regulation 14
12. After paragraph (1)(a)(ii) of regulation 14(1) (Early retirement pension (redundancy etc)) insert—
“(iia)returns to superannuable employment on or after that date that attracts a pension in accordance with regulation 13(11) or 13A(11);”.
