Amendment of the Honey Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

2.—(1) The Honey Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In Schedule 2 (specifications for specified honey products), opposite the words “honeydew and chestnut honey and blends of these except with those listed below”, for the words “not more than 0.8 mS/cm” there is substituted “not less than 0.8 mS/cm”.
