The standard charge

5.  The standard charge for any accounting period payable by the operator of a cutting plant or of a game-handling establishment in respect of meat brought into the plant or establishment during that period for the purposes of being cut up or boned there shall be calculated by multiplying by £2.1204 the number of tonnes of such meat.
