Amendment to regulation 38 (mirrors)
4. In regulation 38 of the principal Regulations—
(a)in paragraph (7)(a) for the word “prevent” substitute “present”;
(b)in column 2 of item 5 in the Table for the words “first used on or after 1st October 1988” substitute “first used on or after 1st October 1989”.
