Amendment to regulation 2 (interpretation)

3.  In regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations after the definition of “the Approval Marks Regulations” insert—

“the EC Whole Vehicle Type Approval Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998(1);”.
