The Department of Finance and Personnel(1) makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) Act 1964(2).
In accordance with that section it has consulted with the President of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland.
