Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the County Court Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 24^th September 2007.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the County Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1).
