The following provisions of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2003 shall come into force on 4th September 2007—
a
section 15(1) to (5) (independent members of district policing partnerships: declaration against terrorism);
b
section 16(1) (independent members of district policing partnerships: disqualification);
c
section 19(1) and Schedule 1 (district policing partnerships: Belfast).
