The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Housing (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1):
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Amendment) (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.
2. Article 3 of, and the Schedule to, the Housing (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.
