1.—(1) This Order may be cited as The Street Works (2007 Amendment Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.
(2) In this Order ‘the Order’ means the Street Works (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Order specified in the Schedule is 1st October 2007.
