An application for a public electricity supply licence shall be accompanied by the documents and particulars specified in Part II of Schedule 1.

An application for a private electricity supply licence, or for an extension, shall be accompanied by the documents and particulars specified in Part II of Schedule 2.

An application for a transmission licence shall be accompanied by the documents and particulars specified in Part II of Schedule 3.

An application for a generating licence shall be accompanied by the documents and particulars specified in Part II of Schedule 4.

An application for a SEM operator licence shall be accompanied by the documents and particulars specified in Part II of Schedule 5.
