Maximum sulphur content in gas oil
5. No person shall use gas oil—
(a)Before 1st January 2008, with a sulphur content exceeding 0.2 percent by mass; or
(b)on and after 1st January 2008, with a sulphur content exceeding 0.1 percent by mass.
