SCHEDULE 3 Bodies to be consulted

1.  The Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland.

2.  The Council for Nature Conservation and the Countryside.

3.  The Loughs Agency of the Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission where the proposed development is situated in the Londonderry Area.
