SCHEDULE 2 Amendments to subordinate legislation

PART 1

1.  In Order 78, in Rule 2(2)(a) of the Rules of the Supreme Court (Northern Ireland) 1980(1) for “annual value” there shall be substituted “capital value, net annual value or both as the case may be”.
