Citation and Commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 14th January 2007.
Amendment of the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) Regulations 2001
2. The Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) Regulations 2001(1) shall be amended as provided in regulation 3.
Applications for Draft and Drift Net Licences
3. In regulation 4(7) where the dates 15th January and 30th April occur there shall be substituted 30th April and 30th May respectively.
