The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Article 2 (2) of the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1).
In accordance with that Article the Department has had regard, amongst other things, to the sulphur content of the fuels described in regulation 2.
