Amendment of the Local Government (Payments to Councillors) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999

5.  In regulation 5 (special responsibility allowance)—

(a) in paragraph (1) the words “or 4” shall be deleted;

(b) in paragraph (2) the words “, but shall not exceed such amount as the Department may from time to time determine” shall be deleted.
