Amendment of the Local Government (Payments to Councillors) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999

3.  In regulation 3 (basic allowance)—

(a) in paragraph (1) for the words “other than” there shall be substituted “including”; and

(b) in paragraph (2) the words “but shall not exceed such amount as the Department may from time to time determine” shall be deleted.
