The Department for Regional Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 269(1) of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1), and with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Services (Successor Company) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 20th March 2007.
Successor Company
2. Northern Ireland Water Limited (NIO 54463) is nominated as the successor company for the purposes of Part X of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.
