GENERAL PROVISION AS TO COURT PROCEDURE AND PRACTICE

Title of proceedings

40.—(1) Every proceeding under these Regulations shall be headed and, with any necessary additions, be intituled,

“IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSITCE CHANCERY DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF———————(name of debtor to which the proceedings relate) AND IN THE MATTER OF THE CROSS-BORDER INSOLVENCY REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2007”.

(2) Sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply in respect of any form prescribed under these Regulations.
