The General Insurance Reserves (Tax) Regulations 2001
19. In regulation 6(1)(b) of the General Insurance Reserves (Tax) Regulations 2001(1) (excluded descriptions of general insurer) “in relation to which an administration order has been made under Article 21 of the Order or a company” shall be omitted and at the end there shall be added “or Schedule B1 to the Order”.
