The Lord Chancellor, with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment(1) makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 364 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(2) and Article 24(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002(3).
