Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Wild Animals (Fees) (No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 28th December 2006.
Fee payable in connection with an application for a licence
2. An application made to the Department for a licence shall be accompanied by a fee of £80.
Revocation
3. The Dangerous Wild Animals (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) is revoked.
