3.—(1) Regulation 5 of the Curd Cheese (Restriction on Placing on the Market) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 5, for paragraph (7) substitute the following —
“(7) Any disputed question as to the right to or the amount of any compensation payable under paragraph (6) shall be determined by arbitration(2).”.
