Application of statutory provisions
19. The provisions relating to the administration of benefit under the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) specified in column (1) of Schedule 5 shall have effect for the purpose of the administration of the Healthy Start scheme, subject to the modifications set out in column (2) of that Schedule.
