1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination (2006 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
(2) In this Order—
“the Order” means the Disability Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 2006; and
“the 1995 Act” means the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1).
