The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by Article 3 (2) of the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004(1)

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Wild Animals (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 4th December 2006.

Fee payable in connection with an application for a licence

2.  An application made to the Department for a licence shall be accompanied by a fee of £80.

This Order provides that an application to the Department of the Environment for a licence under the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 shall be accompanied by a fee of £80.
