Amendment of regulation 6 of the AVC Regulations
23. In paragraph (1)(d) of regulation 6(1) of the AVC Regulations (Circumstances in which elections cease to have effect) for “section 594(1) of the Taxes Act (exempt statutory schemes)”, substitute “section 190 of the 2004 Act (Annual limit of relief)”.
