SCHEDULE CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS TO THE ENERGY ORDER

1.  In Schedule 3, paragraph 24 is repealed.

2.  In Schedule 5, in the entry relating to the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (NI 2), the words “In Article 10A(2)(b) and (c) the words “(a) or”’’ are repealed.
