Coming into operation -

The Department for Regional Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Traffic Management (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(1):
Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as The Traffic Management (2005 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
(2) In this Order “the Order” means the Traffic Management (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Order specified in the Schedule is 30th October 2006.
