Amendment of the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

3.—(1) The Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) shall be amended in accordance with these Regulations.

(2) In Part I of Schedule 4 after paragraph 2 there shall be inserted—

“2A.   Commission Decision 2000/666/EC laying down the animals health requirements and the veterinary certification for the import of birds, other than poultry and the conditions for quarantine (O.J. No. L278, 31.10.2000, p. 26) as read with Council Directive 92/65/EEC.”.
