Provisions coming into operation on 1st September 2006
2. The following provisions of the 2006 Order shall come into operation on 1st September 2006—
(a)Articles 3 and 4;
(b)Article 13, in so far as it relates to the provisions in Schedule 1 to the 2006 Order which are brought into operation by this Article;
(c)Schedule 1, paragraphs 5, 30, 31, 32 and 33; and
(d)Schedule 1, paragraphs 6, 8 and 20, for the purpose of the powers to prescribe matters by regulations.
