PART 1 AMENDMENTS OF THE 1988 REGULATIONS

1.  In regulation A7 (persons treated as being in receipt of a pension)—

(a) for the words “, ill-health or as the case may be, injury” there are substituted the words “or as the case may be, ill-health”; and

(b) paragraph (c) is omitted.
