Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

Title and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 24^th July 2006.

Revocation

2.  The Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) is revoked.

Increases in salaries

3.—(1) The annual salary payable to the President of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased as follows –

(a) from £116,515 to £117,680 from 1^st April 2006;

(b) from £117,680 to £120,300 from 1^st November 2006.

(2) The annual salary payable to any other member of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased as follows —

(a) from £112,116 to £113,237 from 1^st April 2006;

(b) from £113,237 to £114,400 from 1^st November 2006.
