Title and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 24th July 2006.
Revocation2
The Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 20054 is revoked.
Increases in salaries3

The annual salary payable to the President of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased as follows –
a
from £116,515 to £117,680 from 1st April 2006;
b
from £117,680 to £120,300 from 1st November 2006.

The annual salary payable to any other member of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased as follows —
a
from £112,116 to £113,237 from 1st April 2006;
b
from £113,237 to £114,400 from 1st November 2006.
