Amendment of the principal Regulations

8.  In regulation 6—

(a) paragraph (1) shall be deleted;

(b) in paragraph (2) the words “or unlicensed product” shall be deleted; and

(c) in paragraph (3) there shall be substituted for the words “4 or 5 of the Medicines (Restrictions on the Administration of Veterinary Medicinal Products) Regulations 1994” the words “regulation 8(3) of or paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of Schedule 4 to the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2005 (1).”
