INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES

This Order provides for the coming into operation on 1st July 2006 of Articles 3 to 11 of the Industrial and Provident Societies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 which amends the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 (c. 24).
