98. When an arbitrator makes an award of compensation in respect of breaches of regulation 14(2), (4) or (8) of the Flexible Working (Procedural Requirements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1)such compensation shall be such an amount, not exceeding 2 weeks' pay, as the arbitrator considers just and equitable in all the circumstances.
