Amendment of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations
2.—(1) The Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 1(2) (interpretation) for the definition of “relevant person” there shall be substituted the following definition—
““relevant person” means—
(a)
a person to whom paragraph (b) does not apply and who resides in a postcode district identified in—
(i)
Part I of the Schedule and who makes a claim for a specified benefit on or after 3rd October 2005, or
(ii)
Part II of the Schedule and who makes a claim for a specified benefit on or after 24th April 2006; or
(b)
a person who resides in a postcode district identified in Part I of the Schedule and who made a claim for a specified benefit on or after 3rd October 2003 but before 3rd October 2005 and who is entitled to a specified benefit under that claim.”.
(3) For the Schedule there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
