SCHEDULE 2 PEAK SOUND PRESSURE LEVEL

Peak sound pressure level, L_Cpeak , is expressed in decibels and is ascertained using the formula:

where—

• p_{C p e a k} is the maximum value of the C-weighted sound pressure, in Pascals (Pa), to which a person is exposed during the working day; and

• p ₀ is 20 μPa.
