Transitional provisions
8. Any visitor to whom health services were available under the terms of the Health Services (Persons not Ordinarily Resident in Northern Ireland) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1970(1) and who is in Northern Ireland on a visit when the revocation of those regulations takes effect, may for the duration of that visit retain any entitlement to health services on the terms set out in those regulations.
