Modification of section 74A(3) of the Agriculture Act 1970

22.—(1) For the purposes of the enforcement and administration of the provisions specified in paragraph (2) section 74A(3) shall have effect as if for “imposed by regulations under subsection (1), or fails to comply with any other provision of the regulations,” there were substituted “or fails to comply with any requirement imposed by any provision specified in regulation 22(2) of the Feeding Stuffs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005”.

(2) The provisions specified for the purposes of paragraph (1) are regulation 12(1), 13(2) to (9), 14(1) to (4), 15(1), 16(1) and (2), 17, 18(1), 19(1) and 20(1).
