The Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Relationships Arising Through Civil Partnership) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 247(2) and (3)(b) and 248 of the Civil Partnership Act 20041 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
