3. The additional services referred to in regulation 5(5) may comprise;
(a)traction current;
(b)pre-heating of passenger trains;
(c)the supply of fuel, shunting and all other services provided at the access services facilities referred to in paragraph (2); and
(d)tailor-made contracts for:
(i)control of the transport of dangerous goods; and
(ii)assistance in running abnormal trains
