SCHEDULE 3 Amendment of legislation relating to social security

Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations

20.  In regulation 15(4)(a) of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1) (conditions relating to residence or presence), after “spouse,” there shall be inserted “civil partner,”.
