The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 254(3) and (5), 258 and 259 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004(1), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
2004 c. 33; subsection (3) of section 254 applies in accordance with subsection (2), and subsection (5) applies section 171(3), (5) and (6) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 7) to the exercise of the power under section 259
